How long does it take to build and ship a custom gaming PC?
Once your order is placed, our expert technicians typically assemble and stress-test your system within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your selected method, but most customers receive their PC within 7 to 10 business days.
What kind of warranty comes with NZXT products?
We stand by our craftsmanship. All NZXT BLD systems come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering parts and labor. Individual components like cases, coolers, and power supplies carry their own specific manufacturer warranties ranging from 2 to 10 years.
Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased directly from our store. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that custom PC builds may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European regions. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What payment methods do you accept?
